Rural Windows was founded on a straightforward idea: if you fit good products properly the first time, people come back — and they tell their neighbours. Over 30+ years we've grown almost entirely on word of mouth across Chester, Deeside, Mold, Buckley, Flint, Wrexham, Ellesmere Port, Neston and the villages in between.

We work with residential homeowners — from Victorian terraces in Hoole and Handbridge to modern estates in Broughton, Ewloe and Hawarden, plus rural cottages and bungalows exposed to Dee estuary weather. What connects those jobs isn't a product; it's the standard. Every window, door, bi-fold, patio slider, conservatory and roof lantern is measured, ordered and installed by the same team of three — Simon (owner and fitter), Shaun (fitter) and Sue, who looks after paperwork and accounts.

We deliberately stay small. It means Simon runs your survey, you speak to the same person from first call to completion, and you don't get handed off to a sales office or a fitter you've never met. It's also why we can promise a free survey inside 48 hours, a written itemised quote back within a few days, and a tidy site when we leave.
